Gary Multanen

Best Bath Systems owner, Gary Multanen has been manufacturing bathing units in Boise, Idaho since 1972 where he located after completing his undergraduate degree from Portland State University. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1970. He is active in civic affairs having served 10 years on the Boise City Parks and Recreation Board and currently serving on the Treasure Valley Air Quality Council. He is a founding member of the American Composites Manufacturers Association, the industry trade group representing over 1500 companies.
Jeff Mooney

Jeff has worked for Best Bath for nineteen years holding several key managerial positions including Production Manager, Plant Manager, and Executive VP of Sales and Marketing. As President, he assumes responsibility of the day to day operations of the company including budgetary, production, sales and delivery of product. Jeff brings to the role extensive experience in operations, logistics, and customer retention.
Michael Hensel

Michael is responsible for all areas of corporate financial management. He is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in Business Management with an Accounting Option. He has a CPA and has worked in a variety of corporate accounting and management positions ranging from the Controller of the smallest producing Coca-Cola bottler through Senior Analyst/Cost Accountant for a division of the third largest mining company in the world.
Tammy Harris
Vice President of Information Systems

Tammy is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to integrate internal and external management of information across the entire organization—finance/accounting, manufacturing, sales and service, and customer relationship management.

Manger, Compliance Safety and Lean, Owner

Jay M Multanen, Certified Composites Technician (CCT) is an Idaho native and graduate of the University of Southern California where he earned a degree in Music and an Industry of Business minor. Jay has worked in the sales and development for Best Bath Systems, and his current role is as the manager of Government Compliance, Safety and Lean Operations. Jay earned his Graduate Certificate from University of Michigan in Lean Operations Management in 2010. An Active member of the American Composite Manufacturers Association government Affairs Committee and Marketing Committee Jay perused his Certified Composites Technician certificate through ACMA in 2008.
