Gary Multanen
President and CEO

Best Bath Systems owner, Gary Multanen has been manufacturing bathing units in Boise, Idaho since 1972 where he located after completing his undergraduate degree from Portland State University. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1970. He is active in civic affairs having served 10 years on the Boise City Parks and Recreation Board and currently serving on the Treasure Valley Air Quality Council. He is a founding member of the American Composites Manufacturers Association, the industry trade group representing over 1500 companies.
Tammy Harris
Vice President of Information Systems

Tammy is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to integrate internal and external management of information across the entire organization—finance/accounting, manufacturing, sales and service, and customer relationship management.
Jay M. Multanen
Director of Manufacturing

Jay M Multanen, Certified Composites Technician (CCT) is an Idaho native and graduate of the University of Southern California where he earned a degree in Music and an Industry minor. Jay has worked in the sales and development for Best Bath Systems and managed Government Compliance, Safety and Lean Operations. As Director of manufacturing, he puts his music background to work, “I enjoy orchestrating the intricacies of the factory operations and fine tuning productivities’ hum.” Jay earned his Graduate Certificate from University of Michigan in Lean Operations Management in 2010. An Active member of the American Composite Manufacturers Association (ACMA) Government Affairs Committee and a past member of ACMA’s Marketing Committee, Jay pursued his Certified Composites Technician certificate through ACMA in 2008. Jay is also adjunct faculty at Boise State and a process improvement mentor in connection with Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and Boise State University’s Tech Help program.
Megan L. Multanen
National Sales Manager

Megan L Multanen, MPA, CAPS is an Idaho native and a graduate of Boise State University where she earned a degree in Sociology and Economics. Post Boise State, Megan attended the University of Arizona where she earned her Masters of Public Administration. Megan worked as an associate in the Department of Training and Public Policy development for Pima Prevention Partnership in Tucson Arizona. In this capacity Megan worked with the Governor’s office for Children, Youth, and Families to deliver curriculum and grassroots training to 30 community coalitions throughout the state of Arizona working to combat substance abuse. Megan returned to Idaho in 2010 to work for Best Bath Systems and has worked in the marketing department, dealer sales department, and is responsible for Oasis Seated Shower, a division of Best Bath Systems. Megan pursued her Certified Aging in Place Specialist designation through the National Association of Home Builders in 2010. Currently, Megan is the National Sales Manager with responsibility for the Dealer and Commercial sales departments.

Megan serves as current Chair of the Board for the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce and enjoys the opportunity that affords her to be an active member of the community.
Nate Spencer
Director of Engineering

Nate Spencer is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he earned a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Nate has many years of experience in product development and engineering management in industries ranging from aerospace, sporting goods, and personal electronics. As Director of Engineering, Nate is responsible for all Engineering functions related to product research and design, documentation, production, costing, compliance and technical support. Nate is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and active in community affairs.
Greg Wells
Director of Marketing

Greg is a graduate of Boise State University where he earned a degree in Marketing and attended Northwest Nazarene University receiving an MBA. As Director of Marketing Greg is responsible for planning, development and implementation of marketing activities including branding, research, strategies, communications, and public relations, creation of support materials and services for sales and business development activities. He has a broad marketing background that includes successful roles in marketing, communications, channel development, and sales across a range of business-to-business market segments.
