Best Bath Systems

Comments: My wife and I always shower in the Best Bath shower evan though we have a traditional shower in our master. We spend our winters in Florida and have a small manufactured home in a retirement community. You guessed it, we going to put a Best Bath shower in it . It will be much smaller, 54" x 30", because thats all the room we have when the job is done I'll report on the forthcoming installation.

Pros: Safe , easy to step into and out of the shower. The nearly flat shower pan has a marbled surface that resists sliping and the hand held shower allows you to take a shower while being seated. the grab Bars were located just so if I needed the support it was there.

Cons: All I see is the pro's . No cons.

Comments: In the summer of '09 I had a medical emergency that kept in the hospital for a month. My wife contacted the best bath dealer in our area ,Accessible Comforts. She contracted them to install a 60x42 inch shower in our master where an existing shower with glass doors was. It was a true life saver for me because when I came home I was extremely weak. The shower gave me the confidence to be able to take care of my bathroom needs by myself. We sold our home this summer and downsized . The first thing I did after We closed was to contact the Folks at Accessible Comforts to get another shower .This time we totally remodeled the Hall bath , removing the existing 60" tub/shower combination. The dimensions were 12" x 5' with a narrow door . The contractor installed a 3' door that would accommodate a wheelchair at some time in the future, He put in the same shower that we had in our other home. He had to move the location of the toilet so the shower would fit. He also installed a new vanity.
