Return Policy

RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY BEST BATH.

Please Read Carefully

All items must be inspected by the customer upon receipt. All requests for return due to damage must be reported to Best Bath System’s Warranty/Customer Service Department within 5 Days of receipt of shipment.

All returns must be approved by the Warranty/Customer Service Department. All approved returns will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Return goods received by Best Bath Systems without an assigned RGA number will not be considered for return or credit.

A Returned Goods Authorization is only good for ninety (90) days. Best Bath will not accept goods or issue a credit if the product is not properly authorized and returned within the 90 day period.

Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is based on the purchase price/invoice cost of the item (freight not included).

All freight cost for returns goods will be the obligation of the company or individual requesting the return.

Upon arrival of the item(s) being returned to Best Bath Systems, a determination of the condition of those items will be made. The customer will be responsible for any damage to the items not already noted.

NOTE: CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF THE ITEM IS NOT REPAIRABLE OR RESELLABLE. REPAIRABLE DAMAGE WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $52.00 PER HOUR REPAIR COST. THIS COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL REQUESTING THE RETURN AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT.

Special order items are non-refundable. There is no return or credit issued for special order items or units that are not resalable. This determination will be solely held by Best Bath Systems Warranty Department. Best Bath or our Dealer representative will attempt to find a buyer for special order items but cannot make any guarantees.
