Gary Multanen
CEO
Best Bath Systems owner, Gary Multanen has been manufacturing bathing units in Boise, Idaho since 1972 where he located after completing his undergraduate degree from Portland State University. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1970. He is active in civic affairs having served 10 years on the Boise City Parks and Recreation Board and currently serving on the Treasure Valley Air Quality Council. He is a founding member of the American Composites Manufacturers Association, the industry trade group representing over 1500 companies.

Jeff Mooney
Vice President of Sales
Jeff has overall responsibility for developing and implementing all corporate sales strategies, goals, and budget management. As a member of the senior management team he assists with the development and implementation of the long range Corporate Strategy. Joining Best Bath in 1992, Jeff has extensive experience in operations, logistics and customer retention.

Andy Hedden-Nicely
Director of Marketing
Andy has extensive experience in corporate and business marketing strategy development and implementation. He is responsible for all internal and external communication including public relations and web presentation. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing from Oklahoma State University, 1977

Cliff Multanen
Operations Director
Cliff is responsible for managing all production and shipping operations at Best Bath Systems. He has an AA Degree in Law Enforcement from Lower Columbia College; and a BS Degree, in Psychology, from Portland State University. He served our country in the US Marine Corp; and the US Army Reserve.

Michael Hensel
Controller
Michael is responsible for all areas of corporate financial management. He is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in Business Management with an Accounting Option. He has a CPA and has worked in a variety of corporate accounting and management positions ranging from the Controller of the smallest producing Coca-Cola bottler through Senior Analyst/Cost Accountant for a division of the third largest mining company in the world.

Peter van Ravenhorst
Engineering Manager
Peter is responsible for product design, development, documentation, specifications, QA and listing compliance, production and assembly procedures and technical support. With Best Bath since January 1986, Peter has an extensive engineering background and is a graduate of the College for Automotive Technology and the School for Marine Engineers, The Netherlands.

Pauline Skeggs
Human Resources Manager
Pauline has responsibility for managing and directing the overall administrative operations of the Human Resource Department. Responsibilities include recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, employee relations, policies, procedures, and state/federal law compliance. Pauline is a graduate of San Diego State University in Human Resource Management, has 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors. Is PHR certified, and currently serves as an active member of HRATV and SHRM.
