- All warranty repairs must be pre-approved by Best Bath Systems Warranty Department.
- All items must be inspected by the customer upon receipt of shipment.
- All requests for repairs due to concealed damage must be reported to Best Bath Systems Warranty Department within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
- All requests for repairs due to freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to Best Bath System’s Warranty Department within 5 Days of receipt of shipment.
- Installation and construction damage is not covered by Best Bath Systems warranty.
- All repair requests are subject to investigation by Best Bath System’s Warranty Department and may require picture documentation of damage as deemed necessary by the warranty department.
- After a claim is approved by the warranty department, the warranty department will locate a Fiberglass Service/Repair Company. All scheduling of repairs is at the discretion and availability of said repair company.
- Best Bath Systems will issue a Warranty Repair Work Order and Purchase Order for all approved warranty repairs.
- Best Bath Systems will not be financially responsible for any repairs completed without written authorization from Best Bath Systems Warranty Department.
