Step 1
- Review Best Bath Systems Return Policy
Note: All requests for returns are reviewed and given careful consideration. As outlined on the Return Policy, all returns are subject to approval by the warranty department.
Step 2
To speed up the processing of your submitted request please include the following information. Remember – the more complete the information provided, the quicker the response.
- Best Bath Systems confirmation # or Best Bath Systems invoice #
- Your Purchase Order # (if applicable)
- Model# and Quantity of the item/s to be returned (BBS part number located on your packing slip or invoice)
- Describe the reason for the return
- Your contact information including phone number
Step 3
- The Warranty Department will review your request and reply within 2 business days with a determination.
If your request for return is approved - your approval notification will include a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) and any conditions of the return, i.e. restocking fee and freight.
